I know millet is atoko in Akan. Wheat, however, is not native to Akan-speaking areas, so I suggest you Akanize it to "hwit". Otherwise, you can improvise from the logic that Akans have a name for flour made from wheat, which is esam. So you may use "esam-amba" to mean the seeds from which wheat is made.
